LEGAL POT WOULD YIELD TAX REVENUE

The rumrunners of long ago are the pot-growers of today. What people want 
- -- be it booze or pot -- they are going to get it, one way or another.

We are slowly -- ever so slowly -- creeping toward the sensible approach of 
governments legalizing, controlling and taxing a product that is unstoppable.

Governments are experiencing diminishing returns on tobacco taxes as more 
and more smokers quit or die.

They are missing the boat on the logical replacement.
