SIX LEGISLATIVE ACTIONS COULD SOLVE OUR TIME, TAX AND OTHER PROBLEMS

Many letter writers have expressed opinions regarding what they would
like the Legislature to do or not do in this session. I would like to
ask our representatives and senators to please consider the following:

1. Have Alaska on one time zone year round. Either daylight or
standard. Your choice.

2. Have the Legislature meet in Southcentral Alaska e.g., Anchorage or
Mat-Su.

3. No sales tax.

4. No income tax.

5. Don't touch the Permanent Fund.

6. Decriminalize marijuana use.

Hopefully this request is simple enough and will be implemented during
this legislative session.
