Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Branch chief Paul Labra said that pushers are again peddling shabu along the road to anybody passing by. He admitted that due to other concerns they are only doing surveillance in Dita for now and cannot arrest anybody yet. But Labra clarified that the situation is not yet alarming. Last Saturday, Rowelan Ababat and Estor Bordalba were caught there with a sachet of shabu and three rolled tinfoils. Last year Dita was dubbed by police authorities as "little Pasil" because it had become the center of illegal trade in the mountain barangay before the drug "pioneers" fell in the saturation drive. - ---
