The objective of the Navy Reserve's Campaign Drug Free program is to use Navy and Marine Corps members as a community-outreach resource for schools and youth groups. In 1988, Congress passed legislation directing the Department of Defense to play a larger role in the war against drugs. Sioux Falls sailors distribute items that include coloring books, rulers and dog tags that carry the "Say no to drugs" message. - - From staff reports - --- MAP posted-by: Beth
