DRUG USE COMES AT A PRICE

Kenric Ward's "pot" column hit the mark. Indeed I hope your newspaper 
distributes it widely.

Copies should be sent to every doctor who has an e-mail address and, in the 
same vein, copies should be sent to every legislator in all states.

Drugs do not relieve pain. Drugs enhance the pain of others who must take 
care of the distressed victims.
