BAD APPLES

The number of alcohol- and drug-related offenses in this week's police
report has us concerned.

There were several alcohol violations as well as a number of incidents
related to marijuana use and possession. Some of these offenses involved
minors in possession of alcohol or marijuana.

Marijuana and other street drugs are not legal. Restrictions are in place
governing the sale and consumption of alcohol.

These regulations are in place for a reason.
