Each ballpen carries a sticker marked with "No to Drugs". Senior Police Officer 2 Manuel Sanchez of the PDEA here said the agency has started distributing the first batch of 500 ballpens to different schools provincewide. Sanchez said the ballpens would help remind students that the use and sale of illegal drugs are against the law. Based on statistics majority of drug victims are high school and college students. The PDEA officer said the campaign is timely with the start of classes this school year. The ballpens are donated by Dannish national Lars Thogersen whose wife is a victim of illegal drugs. - ---
