GO FOR BIGGER FISH

So, the police have made a video of a car thief admitting to stealing 
thousands of vehicles.

Big deal!

The question is: What was he doing with those vehicles and what 
dealers and garages where paying him cash for those cars and their parts?

Just as with the war on drugs, going after the little guy does nothing.

It's the suppliers and buyers who need to be weeded out.

On that front, the police appear to have a long way to go.
