The U.S. Coast Guard boarded the vessel driven by Tristan Michael Seymour, 22, of Freeport, Bahamas, and Quincy Nathaniel Garvey, 41, for a routine inspection Friday about 25 miles off the coast of Fort Pierce, the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office said. The vessel was towed to a Fort Pierce shipyard, where a dog with the Sheriff's Office K-9 unit alerted officers to the presence of drugs in five suitcases on board. - --- MAP posted-by: Steve Heath
