How much longer are we going to leave the manufacture, distribution and sale of marijuana unregulated, untaxed and controlled by criminal syndicates? Teenage tobacco addiction has plummeted over the past two decades, as teenage cannabis use remained steady or even rose. Tobacco is sold by licensed businesses that employ clerks who check ID.
