Whitefish Bay Chief Warren White said recently that he decided to go ahead with the plan after discussing it with 80 members of the community. A consensus has arisen over testing for band workers. This comes after the release of a Treaty 3 report that stated that marijuana, ecstacy, crystal meth, cocaine and opiates were in use in the community. The report also pointed to a link between high drug use on the reserve and rising suicides. - --- MAP posted-by: Jo-D
