What Bernadette Achtem fails to understand is that the War On Terror and the War On Certain Drugs were never meant to won; they were meant to be continuous. Regulating drugs would save us about $2 billion annually in enforcement, courts, and corrections, millions more in reduced property crime, and generate an estimated $3 billion in annual tax revenue.
