Additional laws cannot stop cannabis; too many citizens enjoy cannabis and it will be grown to fulfill the laws of supply and demand, guaranteed. While alcohol prohibition didn't even pretend to stop alcohol usage, increased crime was rampant. The only way to end crime connected with cannabis prohibition is to legalize and regulate cannabis cultivation like society regulates wineries, breweries, distilleries and tomatoes.
