LEGALIZE ALL DRUGS

Re. Your editorial How to respond? The death of my youngest son,
Peter, in 1993 from the effects of black-market heroin together with
the extensive reading I have done since that awful day has convinced
me that the best way to reduce the harm and heartbreak of illegal
drugs is to legalize all drugs.
