CRIME IS TO PAY

POOR areas are to benefit from UKP2million seized from drug dealers.

Money taken using the Proceeds of Crime Act will be used to set up 
youth clubs, sports facilities and anti-crime initiatives.

Justice Minister Cathy Jamieson said: "People living in our most 
vulnerable communities will see these criminals and dealers empty 
their pockets back into local resources."
