Winai told a rally at the Makkawan Intersection that Thaksin was not welcomed by many people in several provinces, such as southern provinces and Suphan Buri so he would face opposition wherever he traveled to. Speaking to the protesters at about 3:25 pm:, Winai said the Thaksin administration was involved in corruption with the biggest magnitude in Thailand's history. Winai also alleged Thaksin ordered summery killings over 2,000 people during the first three months of war on drug when his government took office five years ago. - --- MAP posted-by: Jay Bergstrom
