MIXING METH, POT PENALTIES NOT RIGHT

Combining marijuana possession penalties with meth law penalties is 
like combining jaywalking penalties with drunken-driving penalties. 
This is not right; these are two totally different things. Come on 
members of the House, pull your head out.
