NOTE, YOUR ANTI-TERRORISM TAX DOLLARS AT WORK

Certainly the marijuana brownie caper was an ill-advised choice of 
senior pranks. But for this to fall under the jurisdiction of 
anti-terrorism officials is surely unnecessary.
