Associate Chief Justice Patrick Dohm decided in B.C. Supreme Court that Marc Emery's co-accused can attend the July nuptials. Emery, Michelle Rainey-Fenkarek and Greg Keith Williams were arrested last July after police raided a marijuana paraphernalia store owned by Vancouver's "Prince of Pot." Dohm suspended for two days, July 22 and 23, a bail condition that stipulates Emery and his co-accused can't associate with each other. A date for the extradition hearing will be set Aug. 21 in B.C. Supreme Court, two weeks after the court hears a legal-aid funding application. Police arrested the three at the request of U.S. authorities over the sale of marijuana seeds on the Internet to Americans. Emery's fiancee, Jodie Giesz-Ramsey, said she's prepared to marry Emery knowing he may spend years in a U.S. jail. - --- MAP posted-by: Richard Lake
