LEGALIZED DRUGS NEXT LOGICAL STEP

The July 21 editorial "Time to move on safe-injection site" asks, 
"How long will it take until the various levels of government bow to 
the inevitable and set up a supervised drug-injection site in 
Victoria and other cities?"

How long will it take until the federal government bows to the 
inevitable and legalizes all drugs?
