They should tell the ACLU to drop its threats to sue Gov. Lingle over the plan (governor, hang tough!). The drug-testing plan is sorely needed. It's good for our students, schools and the betterment of all Hawaii. Call it an investment in the future. I can only wonder what those teachers who are complaining about the program have to hide.
