MORE HYPE THAN HARM

Coming soon: the next new evil drug du jure, yaba.  Now the evil drug 
du jure is methamphetamine. ("Meet the next possible drug crisis" 
Tuibune Wednesday) A few years ago it was crack cocaine and before 
that something else.

So yaba is a mixture of meth and caffeine.  The obvious answer is to 
criminalize caffeine.  Obviously the criminalizing of other 
recreational drugs has been a smashing success.  It has created 
probably a million jobs.  Unfortunately, they have almost all been 
government jobs paid for by the taxpayers.
