WHAT THE HEADLESS 'SNAKE' REALLY MEANS

Your headline of Dec., 13 reads, in relation to the recent drug bust, 
"We've chopped the head off the snake." Alas, they have not. The most 
they have done is chopped a head off the Hydra, and the War on Drugs 
will continue to be as futile as the War on Terror.
