Cannabis laws are changing, and states are voting even to re-legalize the God-given plant. Mandatory minimum sentences that lock up nonviolent drug offenders are being changed. Drug-addicted citizens are more likely to be considered medical problems than criminals. Like the original prohibition, the sequel cannot work and causes more problems; credible drug law reform is imminent. Politicians, families and educated citizens are listening and care.
