Some risks I did not see assigned a rating on its list include: 1) The risk of losing Canadian lives to a drug overdose. 2) The risk of increased transmission of HIV, hepatitis C and other infectious diseases. 3) The risk of not getting medical/ nursing care to hard-core addicts. 4) The risk of missing the opportunity to connect with users ready for detox.
