GUARDS NOT AMUSED

Re "Drug rap is 'crap': Lawyer's pal" (March 29): I respond for all 
insulted and infuriated Correctional Officers who take offence to the 
suggestion we may sometimes "plant" drugs on unsuspecting lawyers 
visiting clients. The recent case involving lawyer Edmund Schofield, 
who allegedly brought drugs into the Toronto Jail, is by no means an 
isolated incident.
