THAT'S RIGHT, FINE THE VICTIM, IGNORE THE 'DOPEHEADS'

Editor, The News:

Due to a lengthy absence, I have not kept up with recent municipal
hall initiatives, but I recently learned that there is a $100 levy
against business owners who fail to secure their dumpsters by locking
them.

It seems this move was necessitated by the number of incidents
involving crackheads invading the dumpsters.

Have I got this right? This is the best municipal hall can do, fine
the victim and ignore the dopeheads?

Is this Mayor Gordy Robson's brand of justice? Is this how he intends
to clean up the downtown area?

I think I understand: get the business owners so mad they all leave
town.

What's next Gordo?
