ILLEGAL DRUGS A DAILY PROBLEM

YESTERDAY, as the world acknowledged International Day against Drug 
Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, there were various messages condemning 
the use of illegal drugs as well as the illicit trafficking trade. 
However, now that the day has passed, I would like to know what we as 
a country are going to do to ensure that this problem does not tear 
us apart the way that it has devastated other countries.

It is okay to acknowledge this problem which is affecting the world. 
However, I believe that we need to be more proactive in our efforts, 
so that this phenomenon does not get forgotten along with all the 
other causes which get our attention one day in the year.
