I CAN CHOOSE WHICH LAWS TO FOLLOW?

I can't wait for the next time I get pulled over by a cop. I have the
perfect excuse: "I chose not to follow that law, officer."

Makes sense to me, because I just heard on the Lou Dobbs show on CNN
that New Jersey's governor has chosen not to follow the federal laws
on immigration, just as the city of Newark has chosen to have a "don't
ask, don't tell" policy on immigration instead of following the law.
So why not me, too?

Another question: Why did our police insist they had to enforce
federal law when it came to marijuana sales to the sick? So if anybody
gets caught smoking dope in California, just say you chose not to
follow that federal law -- just like the governor of New Jersey.
