But child molesters and even murderers still get their heart medications or their insulin in jail. This sick man will be deprived of the medicine he needs. No matter what he did, there is no justification for this. This constitutes cruel and unusual punishment, more bluntly, torture. Congratulations Canada -- you now torture people for having medical conditions that can't be treated with "traditional" pharmaceuticals.
