PROHIBITION IS THE CAUSE OF CANADA'S DRUG WOES

Just because letter writer Glen Klose is incapable of comprehending
that prohibition is the cause of, and not the solution to, Canada's
drug woes, doesn't mean it isn't so. If Klose has any evidence to
support the notion that longer sentences and more enforcement will
reduce drug use, we'd all love to see it. By Klose's failed logic, we
should recriminalize alcohol and gambling.
