King infers that decriminalization may attract pot-heads the world over to your state. I suggest that Mr. King and his hysterical ilk travel across the border to New York State where marijuana was decriminalized in the 1970s. Once there, look up and you will notice that the sky didn't fall, foreigners and out of state residents haven't flocked here to get high, and kids caught with pot in school get arrested.
