Citizens must act to stop no-knock raids, knowing that many of them have been at the wrong address and totally innocent citizens have been killed. The law enforcement community must share the blame for the death of FBI Special Agent Sam Hicks because they know there is a better and safer way to apprehend a suspect rather than force entry into citizens' homes -- especially with children present.
