POT FESTIVAL CRITIC WAS OUT OF BOUNDS

I think (drunk) happy hockey fans celebrating and rioting is a
significantly sadder display than the "420 Festival." The lack of
incidents in a gethering of 10,000 (or more) pot-smokers speaks for
itself.
