Why has government got the right to enter into a family home based upon the BC Hydro "police" reporting high electricity use and the asinine assumption by overzealous bureaucrats that you are automatically guilty of growing marijuana? This heavy-handed approach to obviously innocent cases has to stop. By all means get the bad guys, but use some common sense and courtesy and stop this practice of accusing people of being guilty. And if there is no grow operation, what gives the search party the right to snoop around for something else? Just apologize and leave, following up with a written apology. This is the least one would expect in our civil society. DENIS COPLEY Langley - --- MAP posted-by: Jay Bergstrom
