There hasn't been a shootout or a bombing over beer distribution since 1933. Once the cause for huge alcohol profits disappeared, so did the criminals. The only solution to our self-created drug problem is repeal and a regulated market for adult use. Eliminating the billions spent on a futile drug crusade will provide funds to treat addicts. Prohibition is a lunacy. Redford Givens, Webmaster DRCNet Online Library of Drug Policy, San Francisco - --- MAP posted-by: Richard Lake
