THE TORIES, 'JUNKIES' AND JUNK MAIL

Re: Tory mailing blitz assails 'junkies', Aug. 16 "Junkies" are the 
victims of drug prohibition. The Tories are the cause of prohibition, 
inasmuch as they have the power to stop it but do nothing.

The Tories are punishment-happy control junkies who pose a much 
greater danger to the community with their gangster-subsidizing policies.
