NO THANKS, RUDY

The crime statistics of New York and other U.S. cities show that
prosecution through law enforcement and jail time does not improve the
social outcome.

Treatment and education do, but they are not a staple of the U.S.
penal system.

I think Rudy Giuliani's talents would be best used by providing pro
bono legal advice to those in detention at Guantanamo Bay

The Canadian way of life and its system of justice is best not messed
with by U.S. politicians.

Today's policing is aggressive enough and is far better than in
decades past.

Maybe Giuliani's appearance fee would have been better applied to
either the local food bank or assisting the homeless.
