MARIJUANA IS STILL ILLEGAL IN CANADA

The front page article entitled, Illicit crop On High reported in the
Friday Sept. 19 edition is not, in my opinion, appropriate for this
newspaper.

Growing marijuana, even though controversial, is illegal in
Canada.

There are many successful, interesting subjects to report on in
Oceanside that deserve front page coverage.

I hope that in the future more positive, encouraging, legal endeavours
will receive this kind of attention.
