MARIJUANA VOTE

The people have spoken! They want small amounts of marijuana 
decriminalized. Our mayor doesn't seem to get that since he voted 
against the proposal. I guess it's better that our town be known for 
crime, crack, drunks, racism or heroin addicts. That makes for better 
stories in the chamber's newsletters?
