Re: 'Pot crusader speaks to VIU club' (Daily News, Nov. 30)

Fascism doesn't happen all at once, it comes incrementally, and Bills 
C-15 and C-6 are about as fascist as anything Canadian government has 
ever done.

My only consolation is that the passing of these bills will sink 
Canada into a quagmire of crime and debt the likes of which we have 
never seen before.

Maybe -- just maybe -- that will get Canadians to start voting with 
their heads instead of "from the gut."
