Lenny Sullivan, 36, died from acute amphetamine and heroin intoxication. An ambulance was called just before 4:15 p.m. Oct. 26 to the InterContinental Hotel at the Country Club Plaza. When emergency crews arrived, they found Sullivan dead on his bed. Sullivan was the assistant tour manager for Springsteen and was in charge of luggage for the band and crew.
