IF DRUGS HURT NO ONE, WHY MAKE IT A CRIME?

I think this is very wrong. The article does not say if any of his
customers were harmed from taking this drug, meaning he was sentenced
for something simply because it is a law, not because it is wrong.

People need to open their eyes and realize drug use is a personal
choice, not criminal activity. Alcohol and cigarettes are legal and
kill hundreds of thousands of people each year, yet illegal drugs,
that can be used responsibly like marijuana, are seen as evil in the
eyes of the law, and have killed no one. I'm just pointing to the hypocrisy.
