Traffic tickets. No big deal. Now let's look at our state's marijuana law. Currently, if an individual is arrested for growing a single marijuana plant in the privacy of their home, regardless of the plant's size, intended solely for one's private use, that individual is facing a felony and a potential prison sentence of more than three years and a $10,000 fine. An individual arrested a second time for simple possession, regardless the amount of marijuana, also faces a felony with the same penalties. I don't smoke marijuana, but I do wonder about our insane laws. Phil Totten Milwaukee - --- MAP posted-by: Richard Lake
