I once respected U. S. Olympic champion Michael Phelps for obvious
reasons. When I heard that he smoked cannabis in his private life, I
gained more respect for him. But when I heard that Mr. Phelps
apologized for using the relatively safe, God-given plant, I lost my
respect for him.
