OUR CHOICE

Regarding Aaron Houston's, "Laws subsidizing Mexican drug gangs are no
joke" and Debra J. Saunders', "Obama - Just Say No" (both on March
31): Supply rises to meet demand. No demand, no supply.

Which is worse, learning how to deal with another drug or continuing
to incarcerate the poorest Americans for drug offenses before they
even have a chance to learn what it means to be a responsible adult?
