MARIJUANA DISPENSARY

The city of West Hollywood has allowed medical marijuana dispensaries 
to operate within city limits since 1996.

The City Council has even created formal regulations and guidelines 
for their operation.

Nothing bad has happened since then to cause the citizens of West 
Hollywood to change their minds and decide to ban these businesses 
instead of regulating them.

Once the proper regulations and guidelines are put in place, any 
legitimate medical marijuana dispensary operator will be more than 
happy to obey them and make sure their customers obey them as well.
