ENOUGH WITH THE 'WAR ON DRUGS'

The international press is reporting that the Netherlands is closing
prisons due to a decline in crime. Meanwhile, the United States has
less than 5 percent of the world's population but almost 25 percent of
the world's prisoners. Our incarceration rate is 700 percent higher
than the little country that tolerates marijuana. Isn't it time to
take a fresh look at our "war on drugs?"
