LEGALIZE GROWING

We should legalize cannabis wherein a person can grow for their own
use, but keep sales illegal. This would take most of the money out of
the black market in drugs. It would take cannabis sales away from the
crack and meth dealers. The police would still have their job
targeting exporters and dealers, and cannabis consumers would be free
to have their weed. It's a win-win and it is what is happening now in
several European countries. Let's end the war on cannabis consumers.
