GANGS ARE A BYPRODUCT OF PROHIBITION It's obvious that Justice Minister Alison Redford realizes the solution to minimizing gang activity is having things be legal! Yet on the other hand, she has convinced herself that one day there will not be a demand for substances to abuse. She places the blame for gangs on customer shoulders. It is not the intention for drug users to fuel gangs and criminal activity as Redford insinuates. Prohibition is the objective of the judicial system, and a byproduct of prohibition is gangs.
